Stillness is where creativity and solutions to problems are found ~ Eckhart Tolle

We all live very busy lives these days; women’s lives have changed quite remarkably over the past 30 years. You may be caring for children or older family members, you may have health issues yourself or you may have a stressful job- many people have all three. We spend so much time taking care of everyone else and the practical day-to-day tasks, that we forget to take care of ourselves.

BUT if you fall ill you will not be able to look after everyone else. It is not selfish to take some time to look after yourself- it is an essential part of keeping your family cared for.

People like you have been coming to me since 2004 to find more balance in your lives, to regain your emotional equilibrium and go from frazzled to feeling serene. Most people these days feel that life is more stressful and they have many challenges to overcome on a day to day basis.

What happens to us in life is not nearly as important as how we respond to those events. However, the more stressed you are, the more difficult it is to respond in a considered way and very often this leads to problems with sleeping, digestion, blood pressure and emotional issues.

There are many techniques that can help you learn how to respond rather than react to the challenges that life brings.

I offer treatments and consultations as well as courses and workshops from my base at Keston Natural Health Practice in West Wickham, Kent, as well as online support.

If you are feeling frazzled and think a treatment or consultation could help you cope better please click here to take you to more information about these services.
