Our winter here in the UK seems to have been very long this year and in the past week we have had snow and freezing temperatures. Feeling cold tends to make us tense our bodies up as we battle against the wind, huddle over our computers or clutch cups of tea. I recorded a quick video after my Pilates class this morning just to remind you about the importance of gentle exercise and effective breathing.
